I support people who are trying to navigate mental health issues in a complex world. To me, peer mentorship means helping individuals make their voices heard, advocating for and alongside you, and sharing the survival skills I have developed through my own journey.
-
With decades of personal experience navigating psychiatric systems, neurodivergent thinking, and LGBTQIA+ experiences, I provide a grounded, judgment-free space. I am proud to have maintained a long-term recovery journey and remain an active member of the recovery community. I listen closely to what you say and how you say it, always respecting where you are currently at and focusing entirely on where you want to go. People often describe my presence as highly helpful, and my extensive background in psychoanalytic therapy helps me stay deeply in tune with the needs of others.

I am a therapist and community organizer dedicated to expanding access to meaningful, human-to-human healing supports. My approach is grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection, creativity, purpose, and belonging. My work emphasizes collaboration, dignity, self-determination, and the value of lived experience.
-
I have over 15 years of direct service experience in the field of social work. My early career was spent working with folks who have developmental disabilities, before moving into clinical work in community mental health, where I specialize working with folks who experience extreme states, altered states and crisis states.
I am passionate about creating spaces where people can explore their experiences without judgement, build supportive relationships, and define wellness on their own terms. I honor self-definition, self-expression and self-directed engagement.
As a mad provider of the ADHD variety, I have great respect for the variance in us all!

To me, peer mentorship is a chance to use my lived experience and story of recovery to inspire hope and self-determination in others while creating safe spaces for peers to exist and thrive. As a Black, queer, and neurodivergent individual, I know firsthand what it means to navigate systems not designed with people like me in mind.
-
I have close to 10 years of experience in the field of peer work, and over 15 years of experience in the field of sexuality and relationships. I’ve worked as a sex educator, performer, Living Room Peer Support Worker, Peer Supervisor and Program Coordinator.
People often describe my presence as warm, comforting, and deeply grounded. In a peer counseling session with me, you can always expect to feel fully seen and heard. I make it a priority to create a flexible, open space for whatever unique needs come up for you in the moment.
I am especially passionate about supporting people as they figure out how to navigate the world and find a healthy, sustainable balance between self-care and work. And, as a creative myself, I care deeply about supporting artists and creatives through their unique challenges. I believe we are experts in our own lives and approach everyone without judgement.

I am a psych survivor, voice hearer, and artist dedicated to supporting others through extreme states and alternative ways of being. My work is grounded in compassion and a desire to help you navigate and understand your experiences—whether that involves transitioning away from medicalized language, exploring your identity, or simply having a difficult day.
-
I have over 25 years combined experience as a teacher, mentor and artist. In 2022, I founded the Center for Mad Culture. Our Mission is to create mad historical awareness, build personal advocacy, expand cultural expression, and engage in community activism.
In a mentorship session with me, you can expect a balancing and grounded presence. I specialize in accompanying folx as they undo barriers of shame and explore the complexity of madness, often incorporating creative and expressive practices like poetry and drawing.
Drawing on my own journey—including surviving suicide attempts, navigating a past SMI diagnosis, and transitioning my spiritual background from Mormonism to Buddhism—I help others locate their unique identities and find wisdom in their experiences.
I believe that we all have purpose and wisdom in our experiences, and that we can find balance and safety in community with others who support our unique ways of being in the world. You don't have to journey alone.
