Trainings
Fractal House trainings build capacity to show up for extreme states in ourselves and others from a non-carceral, autonomy-centered, relational orientation.
We equip participants with practical, evidence-informed skills for responding to high-intensity mental health experiences, while centering dignity, consent, and connection. Our approach integrates clinical frameworks with lived experience, supporting responses that are both effective and deeply human.
We offer group and one-on-one trainings, as well as one-off sessions and multi-part series for providers, loved ones, coworkers, educators, and community members.
Build capacity to show up for intensity, uncertainty, and complex human experience.
Polyvagal-Informed Practice & Crisis Support
Understanding the nervous system to support safety, connection, and regulation.
This training introduces polyvagal theory as a framework for understanding how the nervous system shapes our responses to stress, trauma, and connection. Participants will learn to recognize states of activation and shutdown, and develop practical, relational strategies to support regulation in themselves and others.
Best for: clinicians, peer workers, educators, and teams supporting trauma and high stress
Format: 2–4 hour workshop or series
Interpersonal Theory of Suicide
Expanding how we understand and respond to suicidality.
This training explores the interpersonal theory of suicide, including perceived burdensomeness, thwarted belongingness, and acquired capability. We contextualize these concepts within relational and systemic frameworks, supporting participants in responding to suicidality with greater depth, care, and nuance beyond risk assessment alone.
Best for: providers working with suicidal ideation or behaviors
Format: 2–4 hour workshop or series
Consultation & Supervision
Work more flexibly with intensity, uncertainty, and complex care.
Individual consultation and supervision for clinicians, peer workers, and providers working with high-intensity experiences, including suicidality, psychotic and bipolar spectrum experiences, and other forms of severe distress.
Grounded in an anti-carceral, autonomy-centered approach, we support increased clinical flexibility, tolerance for uncertainty, and movement beyond compliance-driven care.
